Course Overview

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental concepts and terminologies of Telecoms Project Management. Over 5 days, participants will explore project planning, the 9 knowledge areas of project management, and the specific application of these principles in cellular roll-out management.
By the end of this course, participants will be well-versed in Telecoms Project Management and ready to apply their knowledge to enhance their organization’s efficiency and effectiveness in managing telecom projects.
Target Audience
- Telecom Operators, Vendors and Service Providers
- Project Managers and Executives responsible for Telecom projects (i.e. Members of the Boards of Directors and Project Steering Committee)
- Network Roll-out Team Members responsible for performing separate parts of the whole project cycle
Duration & Training Format
- Classroom: 5 days
- LIVE Virtual*: 35 hours
- A minimum of 6 or more participants are required for a company-based LIVE Virtual course to commence
- LIVE Virtual courses can be conducted for 5 hours or 7 hours daily. Please note that the number of training days will be extended if you opt for 5 hours daily.
