Advanced Telecom Project Management

This course begins with common telecom projects in the wired and wireless domains. Based on participants’ industry background, a certain project will be taken as a case study example to illustrate the best practices of the project management according to worldwide project management standards like PMI’s PMBOK.

Participants can expect to be involved in a number of hands-on exercises and activities. These practical exercises are designed to help participants learn how to make business decisions and carry out their job responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment.

The course is designed for project management professionals who are responsible for the project’s initiation and realization, such as members of the boards of directors and project steering committees, as well as project managers and network roll-out team members performing separate parts of the whole project cycle.
