Our training courses are taught by industry domain experts who have rich theory and practical experience. All the courses in our course schedule are fixed. If you would like to schedule a private training for you and your team at a preferred time and date, please fill in our enquiry form or email us at training@telefocal.com.
To register for a course, kindly fill in the enquiry form or click on the ‘Enquire’ button on the course page and fill in your particulars. We will get in touch with you shortly.
Participants who have achieved at least 75% attendance in their registered course(s) will receive a Certificate of Completion.
For Telefocal Certification courses, participants who have achieved at least 75% attendance and successfully attained the required passing score for their examinations will be awarded the respective Telefocal-Certified (TC) certificate.
Course Fees and Payments
Please request for a quotation using our enquiry form for the specific course(s) that you are interested in and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
Advanced payment of the full registration fees is required and must be made at least 3 weeks prior to course commencement to secure the enrolment. This lead time is essential to facilitate the necessary course arrangements.
Failure to submit the advance payment within the stipulated time frame may result in the forfeiture of the reserved seat and the inability to participate in the course.
We accept the following payment methods:
For payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD):
- Bank transfer
- Corporate PayNow
For payment in US Dollars (USD):
- Bank transfer
Please refer to the invoice for the payment instruction after registering for a course.
Should the Client decide to cancel or withdraw from the course, or decrease the number of participants enrolled in the course in any of the following circumstances,
- After the issuance of a Purchase Order
- After receiving confirmation by Telefocal Asia that the course is confirmed-to-proceed in verbal or written form

Non-attendance or failure to participate in the course constitutes a cancellation or withdrawal, and the full course fees will still be due and payable, and no refund will be provided.
Additionally, if a participant falls sick or is unable to attend the course after it has commenced, the full course fees will remain due. However, the possibility of makeup classes being provided will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Telefocal Asia. The decision made by Telefocal Asia in this regard is final.
All requests, notifications, and communications related to cancellation, withdrawal, or substitution must be submitted in writing to Telefocal Asia. All cancellation requests must be emailed to training@telefocal.com with the respective invoice number, participant name(s), course title and dates.
Telefocal Asia reserves the right to cancel, postpone or alter the content or timing of the course for factors beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics). In the event when it is necessary for Telefocal Asia to cancel a course, a full refund of the payment will be made available to the Client. In the event of training postponement, alternative event dates for the training will be proposed.
