Performance and Service Assurance for Fixed Network
Course Overview
In today’s fast-paced telecommunications landscape, it is crucial for operators to meet the evolving customer requirements and keep up with rapid innovation. This course offers novel approaches to ensure service quality in modern fixed networks, enabling operators to deliver exceptional performance and service assurance at the velocity and scale demanded by today’s digital era.
As technology infrastructures and operations continue to evolve, traditional approaches to service assurance are becoming outdated. This course addresses the need for a new generation of platforms and strategies that can effectively accommodate the increasing interdependency across business lines and domains. It also tackles the challenges posed by more complex technology ecosystems, growing data volumes, and the push towards autonomous operations and converged networking.
Target Audience
- Fixed Network Operators
- Telecommunications Companies (PTTs, Carriers)
- Telecom Regulators
- Professionals in non-technical domains (Management, Finance, PMO, etc.) who wish to further their knowledge in this field
